ABOUT
About Natsuki
A Path Shaped by Storytelling
Her Story
Before real estate, Natsuki studied broadcasting arts in Japan and worked across the media industry — in television and stage theater. Drawn to storytelling and its power to shape how people see the world, she moved to the United States in 2000 to study theater, immersing herself in both performance and production. She went on to earn her Bachelor's degree in Theatre from the University of Southern California (USC) in 2006.
Real estate found her not long after. It offered something she'd always been drawn to: a front-row seat to how people, neighborhoods, and cities change over time — and a way to build toward something bigger. She earned her real estate salesperson license in 2009 and joined Person Realty, Inc. In early 2021, she earned her broker license and became a Broker Associate there. In 2023, she founded her own company, Arcteria, Inc., where she now serves as Designate Broker, continuing to work alongside Person Realty.
Her long-term goal hasn't changed since her media days: to build something that can give back to the creative industries that first shaped her — supporting projects and stories that move culture forward, the way television and theater once moved her.
Outside the Office
Beyond Real Estate
Natsuki is happiest outdoors. Within an hour or two of Los Angeles, she finds mountains, ocean, and rivers to retreat to and breathe cleaner air. She holds a black belt in Shotokan Karate of America (SKA), training at the Oshima Dojo in the hills above Santa Barbara, where ocean and mountain views meet on the training floor. That setting has stayed with her — she's now working toward building a retreat space of her own, a place for others to reconnect with nature the way she does.
She's also an active member of the Mukojima Rotary Club in Tokyo, staying connected to her roots while building her life in Los Angeles.
What Matters Most
Her Approach
Ask Natsuki what she values most in her work, and the answer is simple: trust. Every relationship — whether with a first-time buyer, a longtime client, or someone purchasing their first U.S. property from overseas — starts and ends with earning that trust.
